When are new hotlines posted to the site?

Every Tuesday and Thursday before 10:30 a.m. Also, if the DJIA moves 200 points up or down, an interim hotline will be posted. When is the monthly newsletter posted to the web site? The newsletter will usually be posted to the web site on the first Thursday of the month. That schedule varies slightly around holidays - as Mr. Schmidt will sometimes delay the publication schedule to comment on the post-holiday market activity.

How will I know when new information is posted to the site?

When you signed up, your email address should have been added to the notification list automatically. Whenever new information is posted to the site, an email is sent to alert you. Please contact Subscriber Services at (866)-478-3552 or feedback@stellarstockalert.com to be sure we have your current email address in our database.

How can I print the most recent newsletter?

Click on "Monthly Newsletter" from the home page. The current newsletter will be displayed. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. You'll see a link to "Download and Print this Newsletter." If you don't already have it loaded on your computer, you'll need to download Adobe Acrobat reader. It's a free product. Once you've downloaded Adobe Acrobat, simply click on the link "Click Here for Newsletter." After a few moments, the issue should appear on screen. You're now ready to print the newsletter that looks exactly like the one we send you in the mail.

I'm a subscriber to the Stellar Stock Alert newsletter. How do I login for the first time?

You should have received a Username and Password when you first subscribed. From the home page, select "Member Login" under Options, then enter the current Username and Password in their respective fields. These will change periodically, and we will notify you that it is changing on a Hotline Update and the month it changes, the new log-in information will also be printed in that issue of the newsletter.

How do I subscribe?

Click on "Subscribe on the navigation". Introductory subscriptions are $97 for 12 issues and $162 for 24 issues.
